Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how FastH3 Omni ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our website and AI video generation service (the "Service").

2. Data We Collect

Account data: when you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your name, email address, and account avatar from that provider. If you use email sign-in, we store your email address and a hashed password.

Content data: the scripts, prompts, reference images you upload (such as presenter photos), and the videos and images the Service generates for you.

Usage data: technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and interaction logs that help us operate and secure the Service.

Payment data: payments are handled by a Merchant-of-Record provider. We receive an order reference and payment status, but we never see or store your card details.

3. How We Use Data

To provide the Service: authenticating you, processing credits, running AI generation, storing your generated content and history.

To operate and improve: analyzing aggregate usage, debugging, and preventing abuse.

To communicate: service announcements and, where you have opted in, product updates.

4. AI Providers and Subprocessors

To generate content, we send your prompts, scripts, and uploaded reference images to third-party AI model providers and cloud infrastructure providers acting as subprocessors. These providers process such data on our instructions to deliver the generation result.

Uploaded reference images and generated media are stored in cloud object storage. Do not upload images of people who have not consented to being used as an AI presenter.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and local storage to remember preferences such as theme settings. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. Data Retention

We keep your account and content data while your account is active. Generated media may be moved to lower-cost storage or deleted after extended inactivity. You may request deletion of your account and content at any time.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/EEA, UK, and California), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the contact information published on the Service. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

8. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for such transfers.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Contact

Questions about this policy or your data can be directed to the contact address published on the Service.
